Black Book’s rankings are based on client experience scores and represent the opinions of healthcare professionals and clinicians from hospitals, IDNs, clinics, physician practices, health plans, and healthcare industry consumers.
Black Book’s Methodology:
- Client users submit ballots per vendor, per function
- Gathered data is immediately subjected to an internal and external audit to verify completeness and accuracy and to ensure the respondent is valid
- Each data set is reviewed by a Black Book executive and at least two other external reviewers
- The 18 key performance indicators on operational excellence are subdivided by the client’s industry, market size, geography, and software category/function outsourced and reported accordingly
