Send SMS Text
With the click of a button, our platform will send an SMS text message to the consumer’s mobile device for quick payment of a copay, estimate, or account balance from today’s service.
Received!
The consumer receives a text with a URL to tap which immediately opens the patient payment portal from their mobile device. After filling out a few identifying fields like Date of Birth, Last 4 of SSN, and/or Zip Code, the payment amount you have specified in your cart is available for them. Then it’s as easy as entering their preferred payment method to complete the transaction.
Get Notified
The consumer and you are both notified of the successful payment and the consumer can set up an account with the information used to process their transaction for faster checkout next time.
